1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on phsky ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. If you have inadvertently opened a duplicate account, please contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

When registering with phsky ph, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phsky ph login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. phsky ph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

Any activity that takes place through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify phsky ph of any unauthorised access. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password for your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

phsky ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any point where identity verification is deemed necessary. This process may include submission of a government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID), a recent proof of billing or bank statement, and a selfie for facial comparison.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of your account's withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity or betting activity for a continuous period of 12 months. phsky ph reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts. Members will be notified by email at least 30 days before any inactivity fees are applied. You can reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing a transaction.

4 Deposits & Payments

phsky ph accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All account balances at phsky ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱).

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are processed instantly.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet may take up to one (1) business hour to reflect.
• phsky ph does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing timelines:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 15 minutes.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet are typically processed within 1 hour on business days.
• phsky ph does not charge standard withdrawal fees. Processing fees from your receiving financial institution are outside our control.
• Withdrawals must be sent to an account registered in your own name matching your phsky ph account details.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is finalised.
• In cases where phsky ph suspects fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms, withdrawals may be placed on hold pending an internal review.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on phsky ph are binding once confirmed via the bet slip. It is your responsibility to review all bet details — including selection, market type, odds, and stake — before confirming. phsky ph cannot reverse confirmed bets except in the circumstances described below.

6.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds at phsky ph are subject to change up until the moment you confirm your bet. The odds displayed on your confirmed bet slip are the odds at which your bet is accepted. Market suspensions may occur in the event of significant pre-match developments (e.g., player injury announcements, weather events) and are at phsky ph's discretion.

6.3 Void Bets and Cancellations

phsky ph reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion without a result being determined within the applicable timeframe.
• A market was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a system fault).
• There is confirmed evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation of a sporting event.
• A bet was placed using a fraudulently funded account.

In the event of a void bet, the original stake is returned to your phsky ph wallet. Voided selections in a parlay reduce the accumulator legs but do not void the entire parlay.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

phsky ph applies maximum payout limits per event and per day to manage liability. The specific limits vary by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section for each market. phsky ph reserves the right to limit the stake accepted on any single bet at its discretion.

6.5 Live Betting

Live in-play betting is offered on selected events at phsky ph. During live betting, markets may be temporarily suspended between points, sets, innings, or plays. Once a bet is confirmed during a live market, it cannot be cancelled. Odds during live play are updated continuously; the confirmed odds on your bet slip are final.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phsky ph offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to registered phsky ph members who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each offer.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any related winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is specified in the offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• phsky ph reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time without notice, provided that this does not adversely affect existing bonus balances already being wagered.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts or co-ordinating with other members to exploit bonus structures — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on phsky ph and may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the phsky ph platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Placing bets on your own behalf or on behalf of any third party if you have knowledge of a fixed, manipulated, or arranged outcome in any sporting event.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, exploit odds, or interact with phsky ph systems in any unauthorised manner.
• Attempting to defraud phsky ph through chargebacks, payment disputes, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing phsky ph staff or other members.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phsky ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of phsky ph or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phsky ph platform for personal, non-commercial betting purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any phsky ph content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phsky ph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• The accuracy of information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data sourced from third parties.
• Any betting decisions you make based on information available on or through the phsky ph platform.

phsky ph's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension & Termination

phsky ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• A member's betting patterns suggest professional arbitrage, match knowledge, or systematic exploitation of platform vulnerabilities.
• Law enforcement or a regulatory authority requires it.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the member.

In cases of account termination for breach of these Terms, phsky ph reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Members who wish to close their own phsky ph account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed as a withdrawal to the member's registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

12 Privacy & Data

phsky ph collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering with phsky ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.
